Blown Film Machine for PE PP Film | XIAOPAI
This blown film machine is configured specifically for polyethylene and polypropylene film production. Screw geometry, die head design and the cooling profile are all matched to the melt behaviour of PE and PP, which differ enough that a machine optimised for one will not run the other at full quality.
KEY SPECIFICATIONS
Resin: LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP and PP-based blends
Process: Blown film extrusion with IBC internal bubble cooling
Screw: Barrier screw design matched to PE or PP melt characteristics
Die head: Spiral mandrel die sized to your layflat width
Output: Sized from your target kg per hour and film thickness range
Winding: Back-to-back or surface winder with automatic roll change options
Control: PLC with recipe memory and optional automatic gauge control
Compliance: CE marking, ISO 9001 manufacturing
WHY THIS MATTERS
PE and PP have different melt strength and crystallisation behaviour. Getting the screw and cooling right is what separates a line that runs at stable output from one that fights bubble instability every shift.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
PE packaging film and liners
PP film for food and textile packaging
Lamination base film
Shrink and stretch film
Agricultural film
Industrial packaging film
BUYING THROUGH XIAOPAI
XIAOPAI (Wenzhou Xiaopai Power Technology) runs two equipment modules, flexible packaging equipment and power transmission equipment, and works as a foreign-trade service provider and authorized distributor, not a factory. We source packaging equipment against your structure and output target, then carry the export process, installation supervision, operator training and after-sales. For solventless laminating machines we work as the authorized global distributor of SINSTAR (Chongqing).
FAQ
Q1: Can one machine run both PE and PP?
A1: Many can, but confirm the screw and die design first. A screw optimised for LDPE may not deliver the same output or melt quality on PP. If you run both in volume, tell us the split so we can specify accordingly.
Q2: What output should I expect?
A2: Output is a function of extruder diameter, screw design, die size and cooling capacity, measured in kg per hour at a given thickness. Give us your target kg per hour and thickness range and we will size the machine.
Q3: How much recycled content can I run?
A3: It depends on the resin, the filtration and the screw design. Post-industrial regrind is generally easier than post-consumer. Tell us your target percentage and we will confirm what filtration you need.
