Sealed oil-immersed power transformers, S9 to S22
The S9 to S22 sealed-tank range covers 6-10 kV and 35 kV for outdoor substations, industrial yards and grid-side distribution. A sealed tank removes the need for a conservator, which cuts maintenance work and oil-leak risk. Against dry-type units of the same rating, oil-immersed units run 20 to 30 percent lower in unit cost with higher overload tolerance.
Dry-type epoxy-resin cast transformers, SC(B)9 to SC(B)13
Built for indoor installation where fire safety, low noise and zero oil leakage matter: buildings, hospitals, shopping malls, data centres, underground substations and metro stations. Cast-resin windings with vacuum-pressure impregnation give high short-circuit strength and low partial discharge.
Vacuum circuit breakers, 12 kV to 40.5 kV
Models include VSG-12 indoor withdrawable, ZW32-12 and ZW32-24 outdoor pole-mounted, ZN85-40.5 indoor, and the FZRN12/25-12D load switch-fuse combination. All are rated for 10,000 mechanical operations and comply with IEC 62271-100.
High-voltage and low-voltage switchgear cabinets
Cabinets integrating breakers, disconnectors, current and voltage transformers, protection relays and metering, assembled and tested in factory as a complete switchgear assembly to IEC 61439.

Flexible packaging equipment and materials
For flexible packaging, XIAOPAI is the authorized global distributor of SINSTAR solventless laminating machines, and supplies blown film extrusion, CI flexo printing, slitting and rewinding, hot-knife laminating and paper tube cutting lines, plus raw materials and finished film. Solventless laminating machines, SINSTAR Suplock series
WRJ Fi9 and WRJ S1 digital models run at 450 to 500 m/min with zero solvent residue and roughly 50,000 to 60,000 kWh per year lower energy use than solvent-based laminators. Substrates include PET, BOPP, CPP, PE, aluminium foil and paper.
Three-layer blown film extrusion
The ABC65/75/65-1800 line uses IBC internal bubble cooling at 100 to 120 m/min, 200 to 300 kg/h output and 1,800 mm fold diameter, running LDPE, LLDPE, MLLDPE and HDPE.
Printing, laminating, slitting and paper tube cutting
CI flexo Master Series presses run 4 to 8 colours at 800 mm maximum feeding width and 150 m/min. The XPM-1080RN hot-knife laminator handles sheets up to 1,080 by 1,500 mm at 105 m/min for film above 127 gsm. The CLFQ-W1100 rewinding and slitting machine runs at 400 m/min with 0.30 mm EPC correction accuracy. The Q5-1200 paper tube re-cutter cuts one tube in 0.5 s with 0.01 mm positioning resolution.

How an order works
Power transmission equipment is engineered and manufactured in-house by XIAOPAI. Solventless laminating machines are designed and manufactured by SINSTAR and supplied by XIAOPAI as its authorized global distributor. In both cases the buyer deals with one accountable point of contact: XIAOPAI quotes, coordinates production, prepares export packaging and customs documentation, and handles after-sales coordination. Shipment is normally FOB Ningbo or Shanghai.
