WRJ i9-1300A Solventless Laminator | XIAOPAI

The WRJ i9-1300A is a solventless laminating machine with a 1300 mm working width, built for flexible packaging converters who need to bond film, foil and laminate webs without any solvent carrier. It uses a two-component polyurethane adhesive at 100% solids, so there is no drying tunnel, no solvent recovery and near-zero VOC emission.

FAQ

Q1: What is the real production speed?

A1: Mechanical speed is not production speed. Real output is usually 70 to 85% of the mechanical figure once you account for your film structure, coat weight, curing time and changeover frequency. We size the machine from your target square metres per month.

Q2: Do I need a warm-room?

A2: Not necessarily. Solventless adhesive cures at room temperature in 24 to 48 hours, or in 8 to 12 hours in a warm room at 40 to 60 degrees Celsius. A warm room shortens your delivery cycle to slitting.

Q3: Can I run aluminium foil structures?

A3: Yes, provided tension control is closed-loop on each nip. Thin foil is the most demanding substrate for tension, so specify it in your enquiry and we will confirm the configuration.
