About Us

Located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, Wenzhou Xiaopai Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. (XIAOPAI) operates two business modules. Power transmission equipment — transformers, vacuum circuit breakers, switchgear cabinets and prefabricated substations — is designed, manufactured and integrated by XIAOPAI. Flexible packaging machinery is supplied by XIAOPAI as a complete line through two supply routes: solventless laminating machines come from SINSTAR, whose authorized global distributor XIAOPAI is, and blown film, flexo printing, slitting and paper tube cutting lines come from other long-established Chinese manufacturers that XIAOPAI works with. Across both modules XIAOPAI acts as the single contracting party, handling equipment integration, export documentation, sales and technical services for customers worldwide.

Power transmission equipment is designed and manufactured by XIAOPAI; SINSTAR solventless laminating machines are designed and manufactured by SINSTAR and supplied by XIAOPAI as its authorized global distributor.

How is the equipment shipped?

Normally FOB Ningbo or Shanghai in seaworthy crating, with buyers free to nominate their own freight forwarder.
