XIAOPAI · Wenzhou Xiaopai Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. · Zhejiang, China
XIAOPAI - Wenzhou Xiaopai Electric Power Technology - works with long-established Chinese manufacturers to source blown film extrusion machines for flexible packaging. Blown film is the front of the line: the machine that turns pellets into the film that printing, laminating and slitting then work on. This note is for a buyer who has to specify one without standing in front of it.WHAT A BLOWN FILM MACHINE DOES
Resin pellets are melted in an extruder and forced through a circular die, then a bubble is inflated with air and cooled by an air ring as it rises. The tube is collapsed into flat film and wound. Every setting - temperature, air volume, haul-off speed - moves the gauge and the clarity, which is why the machine, not the downstream steps, decides the film. The process sits at the head of the flexible packaging line; the wider industry picture is covered by the Flexible Packaging Association.SINGLE-LAYER OR CO-EXTRUSION
There are two families to pick between. A single-layer blown film machine lays down one layer and is enough for plain packaging film. A multi-layer co-extrusion machine runs several extruders into one die and builds a film with barrier or strength in a single pass. The choice is not a detail; it changes the price, the floor space and the operator skill the line needs.THE MATERIAL DECIDES THE MACHINE
LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE do not all blow the same way. HDPE runs stiffer and cooler; LDPE and LLDPE run softer. A machine sized for one does not simply switch to the other. Tell the supplier the resin and the film spec first - width, thickness, output per hour - and let the screw, die and air ring be matched to it. How those films are actually used across packaging is mapped in the state of the flexible packaging industry report.

THE COMPONENTS THAT MATTER
Four parts carry most of the risk: the extruder screw, the die head, the air ring and the winder. The screw sets melt quality, the die sets gauge uniformity, the air ring sets cooling and bubble stability, and the winder sets how clean the roll comes off. On a factory visit or a video call these are the four things to look at first.HOW XIAOPAI SOURCES THE MACHINE
XIAOPAI works with long-established Chinese manufacturers of blown film extrusion machines rather than building the machines in-house. We match the buyer's resin and film spec to a maker, then hold the order together - specification, lead time, packing for export and the routine checks before the machine ships. Four questions settle the specification for a blown film machine. Single-layer or co-extrusion, and how many layers do you actually need - a third layer you do not use is cost you carry for years. Which resin, and what film width, thickness and output - LDPE, LLDPE or HDPE, named up front, because the screw and die are matched to it. Which die diameter and air ring, and can the supplier show the machine running - a running line tells you more than a specification sheet. Who packs, ships and installs, and what is the spares and service arrangement - a machine that arrives but cannot be commissioned is a half-order.ONE LINEXIAOPAI - Wenzhou Xiaopai Electric Power Technology manufactures oil-immersed and dry-type transformers, and works with long-established Chinese manufacturers for flexible packaging equipment including the blown film extrusion machine.
